Massey University 
Amanda Mackrow is the Workforce Planner for Massey University’s National Contact Centre. She is extremely passionate about her work and operates off a model of leading by example, and using best practice methods to improve her team’s efficiency and operational costs.  

She will be providing insight on her experience leading her contact centre teams and the developments she’s seen as a result of their training. She will discuss her first-hand experience as a trainee and the impact it’s had on her professional development. 

Amanda has completed a number of qualifications relating to Contact Centre, from Operations through to Senior Customer Service Representative and Team Leader. She has also completed certificates in Business, First Line Management and is a qualified assessor who is currently working towards a degree. The knowledge she has gained from being a trainee, leader and assessor will provide attendees with unique insight into the processes of workforce capability development.    

Palmerston North City Council
The Council will be providing insight into their experiences with training and driving professional development within a local government organisation.
